Set default notice period in employee terms. System auto-calculates last working day. Supports notice waiver and buyout.
Configure which components are included: pending salary, leave encashment, gratuity (5+ years), bonus, notice recovery, loan recovery.
Gratuity calculated as: (Last Basic × 15 × Years of Service) / 26. Applicable after 5 years of service.

Gratuity = (Last drawn Basic salary × 15 × Years of service) / 26. It is applicable only for employees who have completed 5 or more years of continuous service.
Outstanding loan balance is auto-populated in the FnF deductions. The remaining amount is recovered from the final settlement.
Yes — managers/HR can waive the notice period partially or fully. If the employee doesn't serve full notice, the recovery amount (days × daily salary) is deducted from FnF.
