Common questions about Attendance Management
The system shows the session as open. HR can view open sessions and the employee can check out the next day. For payroll, incomplete days are flagged for HR review.
Yes, Work From Home is treated the same as 'Present' for payroll calculations. No salary deduction for WFH days.
Currently weekends are configured at the organization level. All employees in the organization share the same weekend configuration.
An employee is marked 'Late' if their check-in time is after 10:00 AM in the organization's timezone. This is shown as a 'Late' indicator on the calendar.
The payroll processor calculates working days minus weekends, counts present days + paid leave days, and applies LOP (Loss of Pay) for unpaid absences. This happens automatically during payroll processing.
