Common questions about Settings & Configuration
Yes — beyond the 5 default roles, you can create custom roles with specific permissions. Permissions follow a module:action pattern (e.g., payroll:view, leaves:approve, assets:manage).
Create a webhook endpoint URL. Select which events to listen for. When an event occurs, HrNexto sends a POST request with the event payload. Each request is signed with HMAC-SHA256 for verification.
Yes — go to Settings > Module Management. Disable any module. The module's menu item disappears, APIs return 'module not enabled', and data is preserved (not deleted).
